Forms
When designing, installing, certifying, and maintaining a building there are a variety of forms that may be required, the most commonly used forms required are Form 12, 16 and 15. Queensland changed the Building Regulation 2006 to the Building Regulation 2021 on (1 September 2021) and this included major changes to the required inspection forms and processes. Depending on the building class, who is supplying the certificate and what is being certified there are 3 main forms that could be required. The most commonly required documents are located below.
